A case with multiple nerve injuries resulting from prolonged accidental pressure is described. The patient had transient renal failure and injuries to the right brachial plexus, both lateral cutaneous femoris nerves, the right femoral and obturator nerves and the left sciatic nerve. Nerve injury was assessed clinically and electromyographically and the results correlated with somatosensory evoked potentials after stimulating the injured nerves
